If the header being flagged isn't needed, you can either remove it from the origin or instruct Ezoic to ignore it. It looks like it is the vary header 'Accept, Content-Type'. I've gone ahead and added this to the 'Vary Headers to be removed from origin' settings in your caching settings. This should now allow for a cache hit to be detected and for your cache hit rate to start to improve. Please note that clearing the advanced cache for the whole domain will negatively impact your cache rate, you need to allow your cache to build back up for the next few days
