Resolving 'Origin Unreachable' issue after changing hosting provider

Hello,

I have been working with Ezoic for almost 2 and a half years, ezoic doing a great job. I changed my hosting last week and am now facing the issue "Origin Unreachable".

I followed the guidelines regarding Origin Unreachable and talked with my hosting team to add the ezoic IPs to whitelisted. Still, unfortunately, they told me you have shared hosting, so we can not provide this service. But I added it through the WordPress plugin "Blackhole". But I still facing this issue and also facing a very slow speed. Kindly resolve this issue. This is a public platform so I don't to add my website URL.

Are you asking about be---st.com? That site is name-server integrated and is working fine when I go to it. You other site is not currently integrated.

Besides whitelisting IPs, you can also try setting up XFF.

Another option available to you, since your site is built with WordPress, is to switch to our free WordPress Hosting service: Settings -> Hosting

Thank you for your response, dear sir, kindly explain about XFF, how can I add these IPs into my website. Curently I,m using "Blackhole for Bad Bots" Wordpress plugin where there is a option to add whitelisted Ip's.

Set up an X-Forwarded-For Header

As for whitelisting IPs, you would need to implement this step with any third-party plugin or service that could be blocking Ezoic. If your host is blocking Ezoic IPs mistakenly, then it's not enough to just whitelist with the Blackhole plugin. That plugin will have no effect on what your host is blocking.
