Suddenly I noticed my site is down.

Our hosting app is only available to monetized sites, and since your site was denied it was removed from Ezoic hosting. You need to head to your dashboard > access SFTP to attain the site files > move to a new host provider.

Clear out your browser cache
There is a chance that you are cached into an older, erroring version of your site. Please clear out your cache or try viewing the URL as domain.com/?nocache
Make sure that your host has whitelisted Ezoic IP's

Could you please live the site for 24 hours. Then I will take backup and restore it.

mcmword3600 Hi, that isn't possible, the way to go about this is accessing the files via SFTP then upload those to a new hosting platform. You must be somewhat familiar with SFTP as that's how you migrated the site to Ezoic hosting originally. The guide i sent also runs over accessing the files on SFTP, then your new host can assist you with getting the site live on their hosting.

Okay, I will try to download the files.

I have few questions regarding my site.

Recently, I have been focusing on Pinterest because Google makes blogging hard for small publishers.

Is Pinterest good traffic source? I mean for Ezoic.

Another question, I am using "Table of Content" Plugin in my site.

And I share my article on Pinterest like following:

More section using table of content plugin, Like:

https://domain.com/article-url/#sub-heading-2

Is It okay for Ezoic, I think it's causing the issue for me to disable my site.

mcmword3600 Social media traffic is fine, yeah. We don't have strict rules on which traffic sources are permitted or not permitted. Just bear in mind some traffic sources can bring in lower quality traffic, and if this caused your overall metrics to fall below our standards the site may be denied access to monetization features.
