Are you referring to Native Ads? They are currently turned off in your dashboard (see screenshot). When you turn them on (-> Ezoic Ads -> Ad Types), you'll be able to change the setting.

Please note this option is not available for regular display ads and should not be necessary. However, if there is a particular ad that you dislike for some reason, you can try the Advertiser Blocker app. https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/advertiser-blocker-app
