By Mistake i have declined the intregration of Google Admanager with Ezoic. How can i reintrgrate Ezoic with the Ad manager

If you have an Ezoic account, you will need to log in and go through the set-up steps.

That option is still there for the domain you linked.

Ad Manager approval/applications are only important for publishers who're approved for monetization.
