tldr: Payoneer is awful.
I've been getting to complete run around with payoneer for a month now. Signed up for a new account, went through set up process, set up security questions etc... First time I log in it tells me to update my security questions, not sure why, but ok. So I change my security questions and submit and I get a pop up telling me to enter the security code sent to my email, it never arrives. So I do the usual, check spam, trash (I even disabled spam filtering all together) and nothing. After 30 minutes of searching I finally find their support chat and explain the situation. They tell me check spam, clear cookies, try another browser etc... so I play along and try everything, no change. Back to support chat, I give them another email address and they say someone will contact me at that email address about changing the email on my account. I get an email the next day telling me to change my 2fa settings to a phone number so I can get my code via text which would be fine if I could access any part of my account but I cant until I update my security questions so I'm stuck. They also said that if changing my 2fa didn't work to contact them by replying to the email and they would remove my banking details from their system so I can open a new account, so I reply saying I'd like to go that route. No reply now after 7 days and 3 emails, so I decide to try calling them. The woman on the phone (who I can barely hear because her line is breaking up so bad) tells the the usual check spam, delete cookies etc, I try to explain the situation but I dont think she understood and she says someone from some other department will contact me and hangs up! So I don't know when or how this other person will be contacting me but it's been a month now since I initially contacted them and I need this fixed so I can get paid! Arghhhh!
Anyways, sorry for being so long winded but perhaps you should consider adding a different payment processor. Personally I've had similar issues with papal in the past so I try to avoid them but never ever had issues with Stripe so might be something to consider.
