I've been trying for a week to contact Ezoic support about this. I emailed twice and filled out a comment form twice. This is my last resort. Why is Ezoic so non-responsive?! Someone, please help.
I'm trying to login to my Ezoic account. One of my new team members accidentally deleted all known devices in our Dashboard, and now I can't log in at all to my account! I keep receiving the error message quoted below, but no email is ever sent to me. Support has been whitelisted, nothing going to spam, etc. I am completely locked out of the account for nearly a week now. It's ridiculous. Please help! I NEED to access Ezoic for my business ad revenue.
Here's the error I keep getting at the login screen:
"It appears you're attempting to login from an unknown device, please check your email for more information or to approve this device. Please remember to check your spam folder. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to support."
