Desktop site access issue: Receiving file download instead of webpage

Hi all,

We encountered an issue last week.

When accessing the site via desktop, you cannot reach it; instead, you receive a small file download.

Since the site runs through Ezoic's proxy and we haven't made any changes on our end, my IT team believes the fault lies in the header (specifically, wrong Content Type).

Mobile is working fine.

Can share screens if necessary.

Would appreciate help.

TVH Your website looks fine when I go to it now. I can see that you cleared the cache earlier today. Did that resolve the issue for you?

If the issue persists, we recommend that you remove Cloud integration by resetting the nameservers to your host and switch over to JavaScript integration: Ezoic -> Settings -> Site Integration https://pubdash.ezoic.com/settings/connection/siteintegration -> JavaScript -> Instructions. JavaScript integration does not involve a DNS connection.
