Trying to add a domain that was removed from the previous owner's ezoic account. But still getting error saying it already exists. Tried to create ticket but it gets closed forwarding here. Can i be assisted?
Can I get some assistance? I've seen threads with problems like mine where the support staff is asking to create ticket. While trying to, it's automatically closed and being redirected here. Really a messy loop I'm into.

I've added both the screenshots from both accounts(previous and current). They're getting the same autoresponses and tickets and closed immediately.
