About the tax information from NON US citizen

Hello. Im new publisher here. And before the start i want to know some information

I'm are non us ciziten (I'm from Lithuania)
I dont have a TAX ID number to fill tax form. I feel all things but left only "TAX ID BOX" that i need type there if i don't have A TAX ID. 000-00-0000?

If i will input 0's i will not got problems with payout with Bank wire? i will get it?

Just want to be sure that there will be no problem in payouts if i fill "Tax box" like this.

That is correct! 0's will work for all non-US publishers.
000-00-0000 will be a valid value for the box and will not cause any issues with the payout.
