I am seeing that the coursework for speed hasn't been completed via the certification page (again, I'm not seeing any blocks like you described).
Alternatively, is it possible you used a secondary email for the coursework in Teachable, different from the email you're using for Ezoic?
If you're using the same email and not seeing the coursework completed, that would suggest you may have skipped through a section or not completed the requirements in full.
If you're using a different email, it's possible the Dashboard isn't able to update those fields because it doesn't know what email you're using for the coursework. We can unlock this for you, but we'd need to know which email is being used.
Rather than post an email address here, let's use these options, and just pick which number applies:
- I am using the same email address for Ezoic dashboard AND coursework via Teachable.
- I am using a different email address for coursework than I am for the Ezoic Dashboard.
