Wordpress hosting problem

Hello, I tried to migrate a website to Ezoic, I clicked on create wordpress and it was generated but it did not show me the wordpress password, only FTP and Database. I deleted it and created it again and it did show me the Wordpress password. I have been uploading the backup copy that has taken a week to upload since the speed is super limited and I realize now that the FTP access and the wordpress that I have are not the same, that is, the files that I have uploaded are not actually in the wordpress that I have installed and what I install in the wordpress I do not see it by FTP.

I would need access to the FTP where the file is uploaded since it takes a whole week to upload the backup and I don't want to have to do it again.

I attach images of installed plugins and of the plugins folder where you can see that the folders of the plugins that I have actually installed do not appear.

What do you mean by WordPress password? You will use the SFTP credentials to transfer your site's files over.
"I deleted it and created it again and it did show me the WordPress password" We are not sure here how you suddenly saw a WordPress password. In our guide, there is nothing about a WordPress password - https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/wordpress-hosting-manual-transfer
That being said, you will need to use something such as Filezilla to transfer over your site's files with your SFTP credentials. Which are provided to you in your Ezoic Dashboard under WordPress Hosting.
