Can we ask, have you tried clearing your browsers cache/cookies/history, and then re-accessed the Dashboard?
We're not seeing any notifications like you described in your current dashboard, nor are we able to replicate the screenshot you've shared. It looks like your browser may have stored some outdated information from the Dashboard, and is having a hard time displaying the actual current dashboard.
We're seeing the site approved with Google as well as the account - and again, we're not sure where that screenshot is showing currently.
If you're still seeing this after clearing your browsers cache/cookies/history, can you provide us with exact steps to recreate this issue?
