Would you be able to clear your browsers cache/cookies/history completely, then re-access the Ezoic Dashboard?
It looks like your browser is incorrectly serving the Dashboard to you using outdated information - we're not able to replicate this when logging into your Dashboard currently.
If you clear the browser's cache/cookies/history completely and are still seeing this issue, can you provide us with exact steps to recreate?
