How to Delete or Remove a Search Results Page (With an Objectionable word)?

Hi Guys, I'm Just Stuck in this Problem. I Can't Able to Fix this.

The Objectionable Content shows the ' Objectionable word ' from the Search Results Page

These Objectionable Words were searched by a Random Person.

I Don't Know How to Delete or Remove this One.

Usually search result pages report in the objectionable content tool for the day they where seen. So you should be able to alter the date range in the objectionable content tool to only show the latest date report available. As long as they weren't first seen on that day the report should not show them.
You can change the date range as shown in the screenshot:
