Premium Not Auto Upgrading/ Sending Confirmation Messages when it finally does

I had put my account on Auto Upgrade, premium but it’s the 3rd time now. I’m realizing that I have to go there(premium tab) and upgrade manually because its not upgrading to the next level automatically as it used to be. Secondly, when I upgrade manually I’m no longer getting the congratulatory/confirmation messages to my inbox that i have upgraded to another level. I’m afraid there might be a glitch and in turn its hurting my premium earnings. If you may kindly look into it and clear that up for me please. Thank you. Name of site intarez.com

Thank you for your patience whilst we looked into this for you.

If you are constantly watching the system you may be seeing before the auto upgrade happens as it can take a day or 2 for the system to do the auto upgrade.

Can we ask that you click auto upgrade, wait 48 hours and see if it changes.

Thanks for the feedback Mark. Okay, so it was already on Auto-Upgrade. I then switched the Auto-Upgrade feature OFF, then back ON again. So I left it on ON now, waiting for the 48 Hours to see if it will auto-upgrade
