I tried getting into the Office Hours meeting on Zoom but was unable to join.
Here is what I needed help with.
We were really excited to make Level 2 a month ago. Our main goal right now is to have our hosting service transferred from SG to Ezoic. This is especially important to us because our CWVs are being negatively impacted by SG server issues. Our organic search results are falling and so are our page views as a result.
The problem is that we still do not have an account manager assigned to us. We were not able to move our site ourselves so we need assistance with this and a few other Leap issues.
I have addressed this in the Ezoic Community, but it is apparently more difficult to get answers or help there than in Twist.
Is there any way to get this addressed? Or does it take longer than I think and I'm just being impatient? Thank you.
