This would typically indicate an issue at the DNS level with the routing of the inbound mail.
Is there a specific subdomain you use to access the mail server on your site?
The three records our engineers are asking you make sure are correct AND the only mail related DNS (make sure you've got all the proper records added from the Host if they're not showing at Ezoic) are:
A mail
A webmail
MX mail.m**********faith.com
