If Ezoic support agents see that an issue would require a private conversation, we'd facilitate that from our end proactively 🙂. Just post what your issue is and we can get started with troubleshooting - if that includes needing to reach out directly, we can do that when the time comes.

Regarding sharing a domain publicly, we can see the account you're contacting us from. If you have multiple domains in your account, you can simply denote which domain using a small identifier, that would tell Ezoic staff which domain you're referencing, but not reveal the information to the public.
For instance, if you have two sites called thisismysite.com and notmybestsite.com , you could tell us 'the issue is with t***********.com'. That would tell us pretty easily which site you need help with, but wouldn't be revealing anything to the public 🙂.
