I think there's been a misunderstanding - using the Ezoic plugin when your site is already cloud integrated with Ezoic (either via Cloudflare or name server methods) won't slow the site down.
Typically, speed issues with the plugin are when the Advanced Settings integration is turned on AND that's the only form of integration for a site.
Speed should not be a reason to avoid using the plugin in conjunction with the cloud integration, it's a non-factor when your site is already cloud integrated. We're sorry if we've somehow contributed to this misunderstanding!
You can use the wordpress plugin CDN Manager for automatic cache clearing - that's really the only effective way to setup the caching app to auto-clear. https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-can-i-set-up-the-ezoic-wordpress-plugin-for-cdn-management
Otherwise, you'd need to setup rules according to your publishing schedule AND manually clear at times.
