Hi @Raheel - hope you're keeping well!
It's extremely important to keep in mind that this is an issue with Google - not Ezoic. Your only using Ezoic to give you access to apply to the MCM Ad Manager process - any application, denial, approval, etc. is all within the hands of Google entirely.
We can certainly open a ticket with Google so that you can work with them directly if/when that's necessary, but I think we should take a look at your specific setup before jumping straight to opening a ticket🙂.
Regarding the domain dohweb.com, this is what Google are stating for the denial reason:

Unfortunately, they do not provide more information that what you're seeing in the screenshot and what shows in the article linked above, so publishers need to use those links to audit their own site before re-applying.
We highly suggest you review your domain against these policies before re-applying through the Ezoic Dashboard.
If you re-apply this domain after making changes to the site to make sure it's compliant, and it's denied again, we can certainly take another look and potentially open a ticket with Google.
The other domain in your account is approved by Ezoic and through Google MCM Ad Manager - there doesn't look to be an issue there 🙂.
