If you have sent multiple emails to the team this will move your query down the queue and mean that there will be an additional delay.
Looking at the email, the team have found content on your site that is against Google policy and so while you are waiting for the team to respond we would recommend working through the links that they have sent to check your content against Google policies and remove or update any content that you find that goes against Google policies.
I can totally understand that at the moment this all must feel very frustrating. It's important to be aware that when the team pause testing on sites they do so to protect your standing with Google and to help support you so that your Google adsense account isn't banned. If Google see ads on your site on pages that goes against Google policy it can lead to a ban for both your site and for yourself which means that you can no longer monetize your site through adsense or any ad network that works with Google adsense as a provider. many thanks
