Hi bodzsar - hope you're keeping well!
We're sorry to hear you are facing a few issues, can we take a step back and try to figure out the best path forward?
We're not familiar with the tool you are using, so we can't speak to the results you've seen.
However, when we use a tool we understand and know is accurate, we're not seeing any downtime or redirection errors showing worldwide: https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime (enter your URLs like this for example: https://www.howtowritebettersongs.com/word-painting-music-that-sounds-like-the-lyrics/)
A 'too many redirects' error has a few potential causes, the first of which could be bad-caching. It sounds like if you're clearing the cache and this issue suddenly disappears, you'd want to start with the Hosting/server side caching setup.
Can you confirm that they're not using any browser/edge/page-level/HTML caching on the site?
A second cause, although less likely here, could be misconfigured SSL setup. Let's just double check the Ezoic SSL settings are correct for your site setup: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/using-ssl-with-ezoic
Further, are the users that are reporting the issue able to recreate on specific URLs?
Or have they provided any additional information about what the specific error is stating?
Ideally, if we can recreate the error, we'd be able to use the Ayima Redirect Path chrome extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/redirect-path/aomidfkchockcldhbkggjokdkkebmdll?hl=en) to see within the headers the actual redirects that are causing the timeout - that would give us enough information to provide a solution 🙂.
