Urgent: Compatibility Issues with Cloudfare

I got this message on my Ezoic set-up dashboard while integrating with cloudfare.

** We've detected a compatibility issue with althrough.com.ng. Contact us so we can help you resolve this. **

Please what might be the case? I am thinking I made a mistake in the password, therefore, I provide incorrect login details.

Or I have two websites on the Cloudflare account?? 🤔

In order to resolve this you need to ensure that what is at your hosting provider matches what is in Ezoic for your DNS records.

You can find how to update your DNS records within Ezoic here. Once done if the issue continues please let us know.

according to the error I saw on my Ezoic integration dashboard;

"A www record was not found in your DNS settings. Before integration, please add in the correct record in your DNS Settings. If you are unsure of what it is, please contact your host"

I have contacted my host and added this record to my cloudfare DNS and also added it to my Ezoic DNS Records.

Ezoic has change turned on proxy on my cloudfare DNS but my site is currently down.
