The ticketing system is not 'broken' - each time the ticket is closed you're sent a message telling you that your account has different access to support (in this case, it's here in community.ezoic.com).
The site you're referencing, ********colors.com, was denied by Ezoic prior to you adding it to your account. Therefore, when you added it to your own account, it's automatically denied.
You'd need to show us that you've made significant changes to the site to have any recourse for re-review, as we can't allow denied sites to continually be passed around accounts looking to get through the approval process.
We apologize if you weren't aware before purchasing the site, but this is a policy that's been in place for years now regarding previously denied domains.
