Please Re-review my site for monetization

A few years ago I applied for Ezoic monetization, I didn't get approval that time, as my site was relatively new and there were hardly any visitors.
Now I'm getting decent traffic, but still, it's showing me that my site isn't eligible for Ezoic Ads, even though I've got Google Adsense approval. There's no scraped or copied content on my site. Everything that I post is original and is manually posted by me.

I even applied for MCM, and I've got both Ad Manager as well as domain approval. But still, I'm unablr to monetize my site with Ezoic.

Could you please have a look into it again? I'd be really grateful
