Hey Rohit - Harry here from the Access Now team. I can see that you've been trying to get in touch for a while, so apologies for the lapse in communication. You should have access to a section of the community titled 'access now community' - if you post in there going forward, then we can make sure that we get a set of eyes on it.
First off, Level 1 support is exactly the same as access now, Ticketed/live chat support would only become accessible at level 2: https://levels.ezoic.com/compare-levels/
With regards to showing ads on that page. Do you load in the contact dynamically using JS? Are any of the web elements on the page static? If you're loading in the UI elements dynamically (i.e. after the initial page load, and therefore after our placeholders load to the page) then we may not be able to achieve ad serving, just due to the way that our ad rendering works.
Finally, it appears that you've already graduated from Twist, meaning that you'll be able to get support here in the community. As I said earlier, post in the Access Now section of the community and we'll be able to keep track of things.
