Ezoic not recognizing being linked to Google Adsense

I was going through the "levels NOW" and saw that my Adsense was indicating it wasn't linked with Ezoic even though I knew it had been done. I've made a short video explaining everything I have done to try to remedy the problem. Please help me know what I am missing and why Ezoic doesn't recognize that it is linked. Thanks!

Hi simplenuff - hope you're keeping well!
Glad to see you were able to open up a fresh thread - that's ideal so that we can focus on your issue directly.

AdSense is not currently connected to the Ezoic dashboard properly for your site.
Right now, we'd need you to supply the pub-ID number for your site, as well as a screenshot showing Ezoic as a managed partner in the third parties section. Then we can link that properly for you and remove any 'pending' mediation message.

If Ezoic isn't already showing in your third-parties, just let us know what email you use for AdSense and I can get a new link generated for you 🙂.

(I can also edit the thread posts here to remove that identifying information once we see it and make note, if you'd like to send that across before 5pm Pacific Time -1.5 hours or so- I can make sure it's removed by End of Business. Otherwise, feel free to wait until after 9am Pacific Time tomorrow when I'll be back online and can act quickly for you then).

This is the ezoic link which it appears is a different pub-ID number which may be the problem...

We've linked the proper AdSense account via the Dashboard.
You can now apply AdSense to the Mediation app as well: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/google-adsense-and-the-mediation-app

That issue is typically down to bad caching/cookies from the Browser.
Can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies/history - then re-access the Dashboard and try again?

I'm able to get through to the Mediation addition screen without issue when logging into your Dashboard and attempting to recreate, which is a good sign that there's just caching stopping you from accessing properly 🙂.
