Ezoic Ad Manager Problem

Hello All
I add a new site in Ezoic as a name

Last two weeks Google is showing the Website Ad Manager Domain Status are Waiting on Google to review your domain.
I am not sure, why the site is not approved.
The Note is, It is an old Google Add Manager Account, I use the account for my previous site, now the is not running.
I do not understand my mistake and if the problem is on my end, please let me know how I solve it.
