Ezoic remove my Amazon Native ads code

Hi,

My website: https://www.cuppabean.com/ Have an Amazon native ads code installed on the single posts page. The ads is appear when I logged in to the website but it disappears when I logged out.

Please help me to put the Amazon ads back.

rachael Hello, Heather here I hope you are well. As a first step please can you save and publish the changes that you have made and then clear your sites cache. You can then go to this tab in your Ezoic dashboard to see the original site and check to see if the code is showing: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/splittesting/oldsite

IMPORTANT: By clicking the 'View old site', button you are setting a cookie on your local computer that will force your browser to only view your site in it's original form. By clicking the 'View Optimized Site' button, you are setting a cookie on your local computer that will force your browser to only view Ezoic's optimized version of your site.

When you click 'View Old Site', your computer will not view the site as your visitor's see it until you click the 'View Optimized Site' button.

When you click 'View optimized site', your computer will only view this version of your site, unless you click the 'View Old Site' button in the first section.

Thank you for your reply. I did it. I can see the ads on the 'original site' but the ads do not appear on 'view optimized'.

rachael To use Amazon native ads on the Ezoic version of your site, you will first need to enable Native Ads (see screenshot) from your Ezoic dashboard > Ezoic Ads > Ad Positions > Ad Types > Native Ads. There will be then a few more extra steps to set up the native ad placeholders which you can find in this support article: How Do I Turn Native Ads and Anchor Ads On Or Off?

I tried your solution but it only displays Native ads from Ezoic, not from Amazon.

rachael Hello we have heard back from the tech team and they haven't been able to find the Amazon native ad within the source code of your site. Please can you double check that the code has been added in to the page that you have shared, save the page within your websites CMS and publish it and then clear your sites cache and confirm with us when you have done this? many thanks

Arvino Hello, thank you for confirming this, with your site not showing the Amazon native ads on your original site without the influence of Ezoic the first step is to check that you have added in the Amazon Native ad code into your website correctly. Then save and publish the page and clear your cache. Once the Amazon native ad code is showing on your original site if it isn't showing on the Ezoic page also please do come back to us and let us know and we can then go from there. many thanks
