dinushasilva Hello Heather here, I hope you are well. When you run a page speed insight test it takes a snap shot of your core web vitals and site performance at that moment in time. It isn't reflective of each of the readers that come to your websites user experience.
For your site the traffic levels are low and so Google doesn't have all the data it needs to give 'real world' data it is showing 'lab data' this again 'waters down' the results that Google page speed insights will return.
In terms of the next steps to take please can you work through these articles to set up your Ezoic cache correctly and alongside this set up your Ezoic CDN. Once you have both of these set up you no longer need to clear your cache Ezoic's technology will do that for you.

Then work through the 'Recommendations' removing or replacing as many of them as you feel comfortable to do. Where you see green writing underlined if you click on it an article will open up which will help you.
Once you have worked through each of these steps the next step is to wait two weeks to see what changes these steps have had on your core web vital scores.
You can see the core web vital scores for each of your readers visits here in your Ezoic dashboard: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/leap/measure/overview We can see for your site that for lab data your scores are green apart from mobile LCP and FID. We normally find that when the lab data turns to field data that FID turns to green and so your core web vitals are looking in good shape. The steps that we have talked through above will help them to improve further.
