Wordpress Login and Caching

I will be converting my site from Umbraco to Wordpress. The one issue I am having is social media login where when a user logs in they don't get there specific data due to caching (specific data and the username doesn't even appear. It looks like the user is not logged in). To avoid this when moving to Wordpress I want the user to get server version of site instead of cached. What plugin is best for this? Does Wordpress already have something that can solve this? What is the best social media login plugin?

Thanks for reaching out! You can create a cookie for all logged-in users. This cookie can then be used to exclude the users through the "exclude rules" section of the caching dashboard.
