I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you to express my concerns regarding the problems I am experiencing with my websites, bankinghelper.com and namerortho.com, after joining Ezoic.
Initially, I had high hopes for Ezoic, but shortly after integrating my two sites, I began experiencing various issues. Specifically, I encountered an LCP problem on both sites, which is yet to be resolved. The problem is particularly concerning because I had not experienced it before joining Ezoic.
Furthermore, the mobile version of my site is displaying incorrectly on some pages, despite turning off leap settings. As a result, my sites are losing ranking, and traffic is decreasing, which is worrisome.
I attempted to address these issues by opening a support ticket, but it was automatically closed, and I did not receive the necessary assistance from the support community. Consequently, I was forced to remove one of my sites (namerortho.com) from Ezoic.
Although I have changed my site's nameserver back to its previous setting, my Adsense account is not registering any income or clicks, even though ads are being displayed. As a result, I am unsure whether I should remove Ezoic and the Ad Manager from the "Third Parties and Platforms" section of my Adsense account.
Therefore, I am hoping to receive your expert advice on the best course of action to address these issues and restore the functionality and performance of my sites. Additionally, if the issues are resolved, I would like to proceed with the re-integration of my sites with Ezoic.
