Hi there, after being connected to Ezoic for 2 months...my site has been down for a few days and it needs urgent solving.
I have an error 520 (origin issue) and according to my hosting party, it is likely got to with that SSL certificate (HTTPS) is not connected to Cloudflare. Can someone at Ezoic check this?
The hosting gave me the direction to add an DNS record that will resolve this issue (validating the SSL). However, when I add this DNS record, I get an error saying that the CNAME is not valid. What is the issue here? How can the issue be resolved so my site is up and running again?
My CNAME has an underscore at the beginning, could this be an issue? If so, could Ezoic please help me out to solve this?
Looking forward to a quick response since my site visits have plummeted in recent days.
