My LCP and CLS score need improvement

My website speed is low I have issue with LCP and CLS how to improve it i am using Newspaper theme can I change this theme my website age is 2.5 years overall but ezoic age is 2 months only please suggest the settings even i remove all suggested plugins but still my speed score is going down please help me to fix it

When I was looking at your Leap dashboard I noticed that your site has a lot of 'Recommendations' it can take the Leap team around 2 - 3 working days to respond and so while you are waiting I would recommend working through the Recommendations in your Ezoic dashboard and either remove the plugins altogether or replace with alternatives. many thanks
