Weird messages in site source code

What is happening when I see weird messages that seem to be for internal use on the source code of my pages?
I just saw (see attached image) "description: "Can't disable auto ads programmatically on the page, so here we are!" on one of my pages, seems like the tech team had a problem they couldn't resolve and just left a message in the code?
