Diego Thank you for explaining how you are feeling I can certainly understand how difficult it must be for you to see this drop in traffic.
As I have mentioned before, joining the Premium program wouldn't have impacted the traffic that is coming to your site. From a readers perspective the only thing that changes is that they see more relevant ads that are highly targeted to them as individuals.
I have spoken to the tech team and they have said that they have checked each of the caches and these wont be impacting each other and so we can rule this out as a possible cause.
With your site now being Cloud integrated we can also rule out that anything is blocking the wordpress plugin from counting or seeing the readers that are coming to your site.
The next step is to look at your websites data and understand what was happening both at a site level and a wider Publishing space level before the traffic started to drop.
I have added in the dates that you joined Premium and when the Humix videos were first switched on to the Annotations tool. The Annotations tool adds in notes directly within your Big data analytics reports. We can see by looking at this report that the traffic started to drop on your site the day after Google's Broad core update: https://analytics.ezoic.com/reports/traffic/trafficDaily
