Obinna What site is this for?
krivera bikegaucho.com
Obinna Thanks! It looks like there is an SSL issue. Do you have SSL at your host set up or no?
krivera Yes, but it has expired. Do I have to delete the SSL certificate on that end
Obinna If you are not wanting to renew your SSL at your host, then yes, I would remove SSL.
krivera Oh I'm guessing that should be fine because I'm using the Ezoic one and I should maintain the settings set to Flexible and automatic https redirect.
Obinna correct! If that isn't bringing your site back up, I would try the next solutions found in this article with your host - https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors.
Please confirm if this is correct
krivera Okay. Just did that. Hopefully it solves the problem. Thanks for all the help. How long do you reckon it will take to sort out?
Hey krivera the change didn't solve the problem. However, found out there was a cloudverify error on my DNS record so I had to delete the record and create a new A record that was pointing to the correct ip address. Now, the site is back up. Thanks!
Obinna It looks like your site is back up! Do you see this?
Obinna Oh awesome!! I am glad you were able to find the fix.
