Humix monetization dropped 90%

Hi guys,
To me Humix is quite new, well a few days ago i have shared around 150 videos to Humix from my Youtube Channel, and allowed to be used by the network.

In around a week i got 59k playback started and 97k video play count.
To be quite honest i always have seen in this 7 days a lot of fluctuations in the revenue , one day i can have $1 of income and 2 days later that day decrease to 40-50 cents....

Today in the morning i had a grand total of $5.50 revenue and now i have logged in and got $1.09 and i dont understand why are these fluctuations every single day.

I am seeing the CPM is really low and in top of that i got a cut of 90%, i dont understand if its a glitch or if the CPM per 1000 video plays decreased 90%

If the cut is 90% then and its not a glitch i will probably remove all the videos from the network.

Did someone had this issue or i am alone in the dark?

Cozinhadave viettalk There was a change that was made this week to show how video revenue reported in your Big Data Analytics. This change had affected Humix revenue specifically. They recently pushed a fix ( within the last few days you posted this ) and now ALL values should be the correct amount and shouldn't fluctuate any longer.

viettalk the only thing i can say is Ouch! I lost a few dollars ... so no big deal, but losing a few thousand its really bad.

Since the issue was not fixed yet and i am getting 1 cent per 1000 views, i have disabled all the videos to being shared by the network. I will wait a week and if the problem will not be fixed then will remove all the videos from the network.

Just as a reference Adsense in Youtube pays me 200x more...

If this a glitch i can understand, if not then Ezoic needs to explain very clearly how is the payment structure (% of the revenue that is shared with the creator, owner of the post and Ezoic share) and also should provide the EPMV values and by country so we can understand what is going on.

just to be aware.... 1 cent for each 1000 view played. .... Adsense pays me a bare minimum of $1 per 1K so i don't understand this.

But i am still seeing the same values in humix report, so the cut i got was not recovered.

I have the same issue, if the current revenue being reported is the correct amount, I think Ezoic Humix is a complete waste of time.

viettalk , I agree with you , if we do a basic comparison with Youtube Humix pays a minimal bit of it. i am getting 5c - 10c per 1k views that sux big time.

And as you said, if Humix revenue values have been fixed, then its a completely waste of time. This may be good for someone, but for sure not for the video creator.

Cozinhadave viettalk We do appreciate your feedback and understand your frustrations. We never anticipate for reporting errors to happen, however, they do. You don't lose anything by having videos on Humix, if anything you are gaining more money than what you have already been earning.

krivera don't get me wrong but Ezoic needs to provide transparency and i don't see it.

For example, Ezoic does not share what is the split share structure, for not being transparent on it, raises a lot of suspicions the creators are being let's say "highly penalized", and probably those who use the videos are getting a higher revenue share, or even Ezoic may be getting almost all the revenue share of the pie.

Well, we don't know and ezoic does not share any information about it.

What to me is strange is that Video ads have a premium CPM in the majority of the networks and in Humix pays a low CPM, i am not even comparing it with CPC....

Another point is about the humix payment, i have not seen it anywhere, in this month's invoice i received my normal revenue from ads and i did not see where is the humix payment. or if the payment schedule is different?

To be honest, once again there is a lot of lack of information and to me, that is the worst point here.

About your last statement that i quote:

Here there are 2 points to consider.

1st) When people spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars to create video content, and offer it almost free for others it is a waste of time and money. I understand there should be a network that should pay creators reasonably, and honestly, their pay rate is very far from being an honest rate.

2nd) earning a few cents to spend a lot of my time or my VAs to upload and optimize every single video, and we have uploaded 160 videos, then i believe you don't take in consideration how much time is worth for you, me, and everyone else.

Honestly, if humix doesn't change quickly in many areas i believe many people will remove the videos from the network.

At least that's my point of view.
