Hello, I am driving some extra traffic to my articles by posting on Reddit and Facebook, however I am facing an issue that way too many ads are being shown on my page for my posts to gain any traction, they are actually getting down-voted because of the amount of ads.
Now normally I am totally fine with the amount of ads as Ezoic optimizes it, etc. However in this case Ezoic AI cannot know about the fact that my original post is getting down-voted or missing upvotes/likes so I have to instruct it manually.
I have done this via EzoicAds > Ad Restrictions > Ad Restrictions and set up a rule of (referrer, contains, reddit.com). This works for browser traffic on PC and Mobile, however I cannot get it to work on traffic via the Reddit app itself. It does seem to get tracked correctly in Ezoic with reddit.com under Top Referrals in the Real-Time view in both cases.
So my question is: How can I create a rule to catch site views that originate from people clicking on my link/post from within the Reddit app?
