Nets_ Hello with Ezoic we act as a proxy between your host this article explains more about this: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-does-ezoics-name-server-integration-work To help you resolve the change in hosts we would recommend reaching out to your new host and asking them to change the nameservers to Ezoic's you can find the nameservers for your site here in your Ezoic dashboard: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/integration?type=nameserver many thanks
My host didn’t give a good reply, should I go under the ezoic nameserver dns settings and change the ip address
Nets_ What was the reply that your host provided?
They said it isn’t from there side, see what should I do, let me know
Or should I unintegrate the site and integrate it again?
Since you changed hosts, you will want to go into the DNS of your site in Ezoic and correct all of the IPs to match those at your new host.
That is all right?
Yes, you would want to make sure all IP addresses reflect your new host's IP address so your site is still up and running.
To find your DNS records at your host you can use this guide: Where to Find DNS Records / Zone Files at your Host </div>
Hosts may also call them "zone files," and they can usually be found in the zone editor.
This guide will help you update your DNS records at Ezoic in a couple of clicks: How To Update / Add DNS Records and Subdomains
Thank you, I have replaced all the previous IP Address with 108.167.157.118 but what should be the TTL value? I set all to 90 seconds, hope that isn’t bad?
No problem! As a standard, we set the TTL to 300 but either entry will work.
On doing this, looks like ads isn’t showing on my website again?
Nets_ I have just taken a look at your site and can see that ads are showing. Please can you take a look at your site in incognito mode and if the ads aren't showing please can you send over the URL and we can then go from there? many thanks
