rajaryan2304 I have heard back from the tech team and they have taken an intensive look at your site by passing Ezoic to look at your site when a user is logged in. Without the influence of Ezoic they are seeing that when a reader is logged in the information about the readers updates aren't pulling through.
With this being outside of Ezoic's scope as a next step please can you reach out to your theme provider to understand how they have set up the updates pulling through when a reader is logged in and check to see what caching they have in place?
Please can you also ask them if there is any moderation in place so that the readers updates only pull through after they have been moderated if a reader is logged in?
Once we have this information the tech team can then take a look at this further for you.
