Are you trying to integrate via Ezoic Name servers or Cloudflare?
Any changes to Nameservers at your registrar can take up to 24 hours to propagate in your Ezoic dashboard.
Once propagated your integration options will show.
From what i can see it looks like you are wanting to us Cloudflare so if so can you please go to settings> connection> site integration > and activate via own Cloudflare to connect the site. This should then once integrated allow Ezoic ads to show again.
