Tag Tester Badge

Hello, I'm trying to earn as many badges to get to the next levels. For the tag tester badge, I've tried multiple ways to set up the tag tester to get the first badge but haven't been successful.

Also, any guidance on how to complete the level up learning badge would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your quick reply. For the courses, I've completed all of them but I haven't earned the badge. That makes me wonder if it's the same issue with tag tester. I've set up 3 tests but haven't received the badge.

aaronlee Taking a look at each of the tag tester details, it looks like there is some time for each one to finish. One of them looks to be finished in 20 days while the other two will be done by 34 days. I believe once it passes those days, it should be completed.

Thanks I appreciate it. I'm asking because I have completed this before and didn't receive a badge either. Did you see any reason why I didn't get the course badge? I think it's a related issue because I completed that one as well and it's not appearing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

aaronlee No problem at all, I have heard back from the team and they have said that there are a couple of other sites that are experiencing this as well. They are looking into a fix for this which should be released soon. many thanks

Thanks, Heather! Again, I appreciate the response. A few days ago, I received a notification that I would receive an upgrade to Premium II. I think that might also be changed when these other things are updated if that's the case. Either way, I'll wait for any updates.

Hello, I'm sure this is still in the works but I just wanted to check in again as recommended to share that I haven't seen a change to the Premium II upgrade or in the level up learning or tag tester badges.
