NichIQ done show new keywords suggestions

Hi the niche IQ is not giving me new suggestions for the 3rd week on a row this is not the 1st time tjis happen i used to comtact the support team and they fix the issue but my level decreased and im not able to contact them directly now kindly see the issue

It looks like you have a lot of Topic Suggestions bookmarked. These bookmarks will always appear ahead of new topic suggestions. Are you sure that new topics aren't generating, and that they aren't just appearing further down the list (beneath your bookmarks)?

Lilla Yes dear I'm sure I even know how many pages of topics suggestion are there and last page how many topics has I check every Monday its not generating any, this is not the 1st time this happen with me its 3rd time same issue thanks for your fast reply

Hi there,
Monica here I hope you're well today! I recommend reviewing the topics that have been suggested to hide the topic or mark as covered etc. This will give the system more information about your topic preferences and make room for new topic suggestions over time.
