Just to check (I realise it's not the important point you've raised), what do you mean by the "Support email"? As far as I'm aware (and I hopefully would be aware), there isn't a working email address to get in contact with the Support team. The best way for publishers in our Access Now programme to get Support is via this site (community.ezoic.com).
I'm not aware of any issues with Flickify and I have been able to get a video generated on my test site, so I don't think there's an issue. Could you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and seeing if this works? It sounds like you're trying to generate it from an article, are you able to test a different article to see if the problem is article-specific?
I've also noticed that on the site you've raised this thread for, that you've already generated 5 Flickify videos this month. There is currently a 5 video per month limit for non-Premium publishers (100 a month for Premium publishers), which may explain the issue you're seeing.
