Wrong Render Limit Reached

I keep getting the 'Render Limit Reached' 'The request was unacceptable, likely due to a missing or invalid parameter' 'Render Rejected' error When I've Only Uploaded 59 Videos This Month. My Video Usage says I've reached my 100 quota, but from my Dashboard I've only created 59 videos this month of August
