In order to correct the payments issue you will need to update your address to a correct address.
Please ensure the address we have on file for you is correct.
In regards to the site issue I have disabled Ezoic Leap for you and the site is still showing as down.
Have you also recently activated any new plugins on your site as this issue can be caused due to plugins.
One thing to try is to disable all plugins, you can do this via SFTP and changing the WordPress Plugin folder name to another value, this will then disable all plugins.
