• Persistent Origin Error Despite Troubleshooting Steps

Hello,

I'm encountering an "Origin Error" on my website, www.stackzero.net. The site has been running smoothly for the past five months without any issues. However, it suddenly stopped working yesterday, and I haven't made any recent changes.

I've followed the troubleshooting guide and ensured all the necessary IPs are whitelisted on my Hostinger account. Additionally, I've cleared the cache using Leap, but the problem persists.

Could someone provide assistance or insights on how to resolve this? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.

I tried to make some changes and I integrated Cloudflare through Ezoic and updated my DNS settings in Hostinger to point to Cloudflare's nameservers. Subsequently, I whitelisted Ezoic's IPs on Cloudflare's WAF. But now I'm receiving a Cloudflare "Error 520"

I'm wondering if anyone in the community has faced a similar issue or could provide insights into potential solutions.

I appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thank you in advance!

donky89 Hi there, sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I can see you're no longer integrated with Ezoic, but when I go to your site I'm still getting an error, so we can rule out Ezoic being the cause.
I recommend reaching out to your host to check everything over on their end. I also recommend checking that the DNS records in Cloudflare are up to date and match those at your host.

Once you've resolved this with your host/Cloudflare, I would also recommend checking the Ezoic DNS records match your host as well, to prevent any errors when you reintegrate.

You can view and edit the DNS records held here at Ezoic via your Ezoic Dashboard. Just follow this logic: 'Settings' > 'DNS'.

From there, you can update the records to match those at your host.

Let us know when you've done that and we can check everything over for you.

      All the best,
      Monica
