Hi, guys! I am experiencing the same problem as other Ezoic users described earlier: three loading dots instead of ads and a grey Ezoic logo on the ad block fixed at the bottom of the screen.
For me, things have been unfolding in this way:
- Until the day before yesterday, everything was okay with ads. I saw them each time I visited a website, and I have not changed anything.
- Yesterday, I saw on my Ezoic Dashboard that my Ad Manager Account Status changed to "closed by publisher." This caused the automatic submission of my Ad Manager Account for Google's re-review and resulted in an outage in the display of ads.
- Several hours later, the problem with the Ad Manager Account was resolved, and I saw a standard message: "Google has approved your Ad Manager account" inside the Ad Transparency directory (https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/adtransparency). There was also a message on the screen of Ezoic's Dashboard indicating that it could take one day for Ezoic to display earnings.
- I waited, but the ads didn't come back to the website.
I:
- Ran Ads.txt validator - all good.
- Checked DNS settings - all good: The website is integrated via NameServers, and Ezoic's DNS Settings page (https://pubdash.ezoic.com/settings/dns/dnsrecords) displays the message "Your site passed all tests and is compatible with Ezoic." The website's IP displayed on my web host dashboard is the same as the DNS Records on Ezoic's DNS settings page.
- Cleared browser cache, flushed cache from the hosting provider, and purged cache inside WordPress.
- Checked whether ads are displayed in main web browsers: Chrome, Mozilla, Opera (no, they don't).
So, in my opinion, the website works correctly from a technical point of view.
I am aware that it has been only one day, but I am sure that it is definitely a problem, and the "sit and wait" method will not help.
So, as a first step, I kindly ask Ezoic employees and the kind people of the Ezoic community to check whether or not they see ads on my website: http://greatapetrust.org/.
Thank you!
